- Handle UX for Druva’s MSP experience — running design workshops, presenting design decisions to senior leadership and engineering, and shaping the interaction patterns other designers and engineers build on.
- Designed the complete operational dashboard for MSP partners, consolidating backup failures, storage usage, license status, and security risks into a single view. Cut a workflow that spanned 15–20 screens across separate pages and tenants down to 3, speeding up how fast partners spot and triage at-risk accounts. Validated through partner research and iterative A/B testing.
- Designed Druva’s first node-based interface: an identity activity graph that maps a compromised identity and every action it took as nodes and edges, so the information is easy to take in at a glance instead of row by row through a long table.
- Designed a Security Readiness Score widget with a custom graph visualization built from scratch, and a guided flow that lets admins configure commonly missed security features — such as MFA, SSO, and geofencing — directly from that widget instead of hunting across multiple pages, since leaving them unconfigured left accounts exposed with no safety net.
- Designed a scalable provisioning and access model, covering MSC-provisioned and Druva-provisioned paths, that lets partners self-serve product expansion, including future products, without filing a support ticket each time. This removed the ceiling that had been limiting MSC’s customer growth.
- Designed the Education License model for Druva MSP, helping onboard new educational institutions with a 1:4 faculty-to-student ratio, license calculation, storage allocation, and billing automated end-to-end.
